Terms and Conditions

  • Payment is required in full required at time of booking
  • Check In Time:                   3pm
  • Check Out Time:               10am
  • All linen is supplied (beach towels included)
  • Max occupancy 4 people per Apartment
  • No parties or pets allowed
  • There is a stairwell entrance into the Apartments
  • You will be contacted prior to your arrival with an access code to the Apartment (Self Check In) and to obtain a payment on your credit card to the amount of $500 which will be refunded after your departure.

Cancellations and Modifications

Any modification to dates of stay within 14 days of the original intended stay will incur an administration fee of $50 per suite.

Cancelled suites within 7 days of stay will incur a 50% of the tariff for the duration of the intended stay.

Cancelled suites within 48 hours of intended stay will incur 100% of the tariff of the intended stay.

Reduced stays do not attract a refund.

Peak Season (24 December 2017 – 14 January 2018) No refunds will apply.

We strongly recommend Travel Insurance to cater for those unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control.
